Information provided by you

We process the contact email, project name, product links, product descriptions, images, specifications, quantities, target prices and notes that you submit. We also process messages you send to our contact email.

Local website receipt

After a website-form submission, the browser attempts to store only the latest request receipt and its opaque deletion token in local storage. It does not store the submitted form fields. This local receipt enables the delete control and can be cleared by deleting the request or clearing site data.

Security information

The service may process an IP-derived one-way hash, request time and limited technical information for rate limiting, fraud prevention and service reliability. The Chrome extension does not send browser history or cookies.

Purpose

Information is used to organize and review sourcing requests, communicate about requested products, secure the service and comply with deletion requests.

Sharing

Information is not sold. It may be shared only with service providers or sourcing participants who need it to evaluate the submitted request, subject to appropriate confidentiality and security controls.

Retention

Active requests are retained while sourcing work is ongoing or reasonably required for follow-up. Token-authenticated deletion removes item content and anonymizes contact fields. You may also request deletion by email.
